Congressman Andy Levin recently (D-MI) introduced groundbreaking legislation intended to re-define the United States’ role as a catalyst for Israeli-Palestinian peace. By implementing tangible steps that would accelerate progress toward peace and discourage steps that push it further out of reach, Congressman Levin’s Two-State Solution Act injects new hope into the moribund Israeli-Palestinian peace efforts.

Encountering Palestinians with Leah Solomon

Leah Solomon is the Chief Education Officer of Encounter, an organization that focuses on introducing US Jewish community leaders to West Bank Palestinians and their life under Israeli occupation.

In this episode, an in-person conversation in Jerusalem, where she lives, Leah talks about the organization, its mission and philosophy, and about the satisfaction of witnessing American Jewish leaders changing their attitude toward Palestinians and the conflict.
